National Kidney Foundation (NKF). NKF supports families facing kidney disease at every step of their journey.

Chronic Kidney DiseaseSupport Group. This is one of the largest facebook support groups to help people cope and live with Kidney Disease.

American Association of Kidney Patients (AAKP). This is a nonprofit, patient-centric organization dedicated to improving the lives of kidney patients through advocacy, education, and support. This is the largest kidney patient organization in the U.S.
